3rd Annual IndieCapitol Awards Are Open for Submissions

Washington, DC 4/11/16 – The 3rd Annual IndieCapitol Awards are accepting submissions from April 11 to July 31, 2016 through the and websites.  Winners will be announced at the IndieCapitol Awards Ceremony, held on October 9, 2016, from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Angelika Mosaic in Fairfax, VA.

The Washington Metro area “Oscar” equivalent awards ceremony recognizes independently produced media exclusively created in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. The event awards 22 categories including the newest additions “Best Student Film”, “Best Animation” and “Best Innovative New Media”.
