August, 2006 GET IN THE DIRECTORY! The Virginia Production Services Directory is the Virginia Film Office’s most important marketing tool. It is mailed to industry professionals in New York and Los Angeles, and is taken to trade shows and industry events throughout the year. It is sent by mail, email and fax to producers and production companies considering Virginia, and is a valuable resource used extensively within the state. The directory is only as effective as the individuals and businesses listed in it. Virginia crew members can have a FREE LISTING or can purchase expanded listings for an even more powerful presence. Companies can purchase a listing for a modest cost, and can also purchase display ads in a wide variety of sizes and prices. As an added benefit, the directory is also available online at the Virginia Film Office website and at the Oz Publishing website where it is extensively viewed and used. We need you to be in the directory to show the depth and experience of Virginia’s crew and businesses. You need to be in the directory so you can get more business. It's that simple. And, if you purchase an expanded listing by September 1, you will save 10% on all of your listings.
