Washington, DC – Double Exposure Film Festival – Oct 19-22 – Tickets

A project of the nonprofit news organization 100Reporters, the Double Exposure Film Festival showcases the best new, unreleased films inspired by the investigative instinct. It pairs film screenings with a concurrent symposium for journalists and filmmakers to hear from leaders in their fields and connect with the producers, editors, and experts who can advance their work.

This year’s festival will take place October 19-22 in Washington, DC, and conference sessions will cover both the 30,000-foot view of investigative journalism and creative storytelling—with panels on fake news, immersive storytelling in print and film, how journalism can boost the impact of investigative films, and much more—as well as skill-building workshops on taking stories from print to film, fact checking for film, and safety in the field. Networking opportunities such as our new Legal Clinic and DX Access will also be available.
