Virginia – Acclaimed Environmental Docu ‘What Lies Upstream’ Screening in Select VA Theaters- August

“What Lies Upstream” is a critically-acclaimed film about the water crisis in WV and in Flint MI.  Virginia native Vincent Sweeney shot this doc. with producer Cullen Hoback.  The project is beginning its Virginia theater tour after having shown at festivals nationwide.

The team behind the project is currently performing water and soil testing in VA and will be discussing the results after the film shows, with environmental scientists in attendance.

“What Lies Upstream”  will play in Richmond, Roanoke, Winchester and Charlottesville.  Dates and times below, tickets available through each venue’s portals:
