Tommy is the last to realize that video stores are not viable present day endeavors.  The imminent closure of his store and loss of his job forces Tommy to deal with his past and create a sustainable future.

Seeking the following roles:

TOMMY- Any Ethnicity, Male.  Early-Mid 20’s.  Video store clerk.  Doughy, lonely, kind and Child-like. Naturally avoids conflict, a grown bird still not ready to leave it’s nest. Lived in foster care after the death of his mother at age 12.   Currently works (and lives in secret) at his favorite video store.  Polite, awkward, optimistic.  Protective of the store and his few belongings.  Single minded in terms of wanting to keep the store open and operational.  Competent worker but not an assertive salesman.

Shoots 3 days, Friday, April 7th, Sat. April 8th, Sun. April 9th, 2017.  $100 per shoot day.

STORE MANAGER KEITH/KENDRA– Any Ethnicity, Any Gender.  40’s-50’s.  Video store manager of a chain store that is closing down.  Stout, kind yet stern-looking, sun-tanned. Has managed this store and others in town for years.  Ready to seek a relaxing life and new opportunities in Florida. Cynical, happily unmarried.  Has become detached from the store, knowing it is going to close.  His/her mind is already at the beaches of Florida.  A Natural Father/Mother Figure to Tommy, but has no idea how difficult Tommy’s life has really been.

Shoots 2-3 days, Friday, April 7th, Sat. April 8th, Sun. April 9th, 2017.  $100 per shoot day.

JOE– Any Ethnicity, Male. Early 20’s.  College senior, Hipster (bearded), Ramona’s boyfriend, Anthropology major.   A people-person with obscure interests.  Easy-going, lives a Carpe-Diem lifestyle.  Not very future-oriented, easily excited/entertained, loves bad movies.  A sheltered, affluent childhood has created an easily persuaded and fiscally irresponsible young adult.   No practical sense of reality or limitations.  Sweet, yet naive.

Shoots 2-3 days, Friday, April 7th, Sat. April 8th, Sun. April 9th, 2017.  $100 per shoot day.

RAMONA– Any Ethnicity, Female.  Early 20’s.   College senior, Hipster, Joe’s Girlfriend.  Interested in art and photography, and is never without her Polaroid Camera.  Practical-minded, observant, charming, thoughtful, dry-witted, gracious.  Can be somewhat passive aggressive and reserved about her true feelings.  Responsible, knows the value of a buck and financial stability .  Does not suffer fools gladly, but loves Joe with all her heart. Willing to take charge in a situation.

Shoots 2-3 days, Friday, April 7th, Sat. April 8th, Sun. April 9th, 2017.  $100 per shoot day.
