Hello Filmmakers !

The James River Film Society is excited to announce the 2017 James River Short Films competition! Jointly sponsored by the Virginia Film Office and the James River Film Society, this juried contest will be awarding $2000 in prizes to the first, second and third place winners. The entry fee is $20 through FilmFreeway. So if you or someone you know is a filmmaker and would be interested in this opportunity then forward this email. But hurry, because they are only accepting entries through August 15th . The awards screening will be held at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond Friday, October 20th , at 6:30PM.
