Richmond – Screening of OJ: Made In America – 4/15 & 4/22 – Free

VCU will be hosting a two day screening of the 2017 Oscar winning screening O.J.: Made in America at the Grace Street Theater. The 5 part documentary shines a light on the OJ Simpson trial, which has come to be known as the trial of the century: The People of the State of California v. Orenthal James Simpson. Widely Considered the birth of the 24-hour news cycle, this trial marked a clear and present divide between White America and Black America in the mid-Nineties.

The 7.5 hour documentary will be split over 2 days with a discussion with director Ezra Eldman following the second screening.
