The 2016 Virginia Film Festival is officially here!

Once again, Charlottesville will turn into a film lover’s paradise, with a lineup of more than 120 films and a guest list that will include legendary film icons such as Liv Ullmann, Werner Herzog, and Shirley MacLaine. The festival is featuring  some of the hottest new titles on the festival circuit, namely the opening night film Loving, the centerpiece The Promise, and the closing night film La La Land to conclude the weekend. The VFF is also proud to present beloved classics, fascinating documentaries, and feature up-and-coming filmmakers from around the world.

Browse the film guide and secure tickets before they go! Ticket pickup locations include the UVA Arts Box Office in the lobby of the UVA Drama Building and our downtown festival headquarters at the Violet Crown.
